Name: Kiryuu Yoshiya (桐生 義弥)/Joshua (ヨシュア)
Age: 15... physically, at least.
Gender: Male.
Dorm/School: Crashing in the other Joshua's room. Not a student.
Year: Not applicable.
Current Deck: Harpie deck; Counter Angel deck (Ace Card: The splendid VENUS).

Description: Joshua has wavy silver hair (although in some art it looks more platinum blond or something) and purple eyes. He's a pretty, albeit incredibly thin, boy. He's generally seen carrying around an orange cell phone and can often be seen playing with it.
Personality: Joshua is a rather intelligent boy. He's also one smug, sneaky bastard; a lot of the time it's incredibly difficult to tell what he's thinking, or even if he's telling the truth. It's hard to get him riled up, which may piss others off juuuust a bit. He gets bored easily, often coming up with... creative ways to alleviate his boredom.
History: Joshua was once a fairly normal human being. He went to school, studied hard, got good grades, et cetera. His life was, simply put, boring. He desperately wished something interesting would happen.

Then, over time, he began to see things. Things that convinced him that he wasn't all that normal after all. Black wings... People he'd seen in the obituaries in the paper, up and walking around, talking, laughing... Whatever he was seeing, he knew it wasn't normal and he knew it made him special. Of course, he didn't really have anyone he could talk to about it at first, so he had to keep the awesome to himself.

Eventually, he did meet someone he could talk to. This is how he learned about a game called the Reaper's Game, in which the deceased were given another chance at life. He also learned of the Composer, the one who ran the Game... and Shibuya. Shibuya was bound by the Composer's rules, and the Composer could do just about anything he wanted. If he wanted something, he didn't have to ask- he could generally make it on the spot.

After hearing those stories, Joshua decided. He would make something of his life. He would become the Composer.

And so he killed the previous Composer and took the title, eventually "recruiting" one Sakuraba Neku for one of his Games. He watched how the boy did during his first week and then joined him in Shibuya during his second as an illegal participant in the Game (and with his power severely downgraded, of course). At the end of that week, he fled to another dimension at the last second after an attack by that week's Game Master... and wound up at Duel Academia. However, his ride (a flying couch; don't ask me why) ditched him after dropping him off, so now... he's stuck.

Extra Abilities: Badtouch. Is capable of interdimensional travel, although only when he has his awesome flying TARDIS!couch. His cell phone's camera can take photos of the past, although the feature is limited to three per day. He can also create small, harmless things, like flowers and coffee cups. When he ups his frequency he can do stuff like JESUS BEAMS. He can also now see Duel Spirits; his are the three numbered Harpies and Harpie Queen (at [info]inner_harem).
